RXCCA

BUILT BY HAND.
RECORDED FOR
THE LOVE OF IT.

Released when it was finally time.

ABOUT RXCCA

RXCCA has been recording music for years — not for an audience, not for the industry, and not for any particular goal. Just because making music is the thing that feels most like itself. Writing songs, recording them, layering sounds, and getting completely lost in the process. That was always the point. That was always enough.

For a long time there was no real interest in formally releasing any of it. The focus was never on chasing numbers or attention. The work existed because creating it was its own reward — an outlet unlike anything else.

After years of hearing "you need to put this out," and after getting tired of constantly sending songs privately to different people one by one, the decision was finally made to make it available. The music is out because it was time — not because anything changed about why it gets made.

That same enjoyment that went into creating these songs is a big part of what defines the project. The hope is that listeners can feel some of that — and get something real from hearing it.

BUILT BY HAND

Every record is built from real performances, real instruments, and a genuine connection to the craft. The music is human because every part of it came from a person actually playing something.

THE PROCESS

Recording music and writing songs is the favorite part — not the release, not the response, not any moment that comes after. The part that happens inside the process itself, when ideas start connecting and something that didn't exist starts to take shape. That's where it all lives.

Building a track piece by piece, deciding what stays and what gets stripped out, finding the version of a song that actually says what it's supposed to say — that whole sequence is what makes it worth doing. Every instrument is another option. Every layer is another decision. The process is the work.

What ends up released is just what came out of that. It's meant to feel like something was made, not assembled. Human, layered, and alive — because that's what it took to make it.
